No brief. No quote. No meeting.

Your website is built
before you ask for it.

We put the whole thing together from what is already public about your business, then send you the finished link. You pay only if you want to keep it.

Got an email from us? Your demo link is in it. This is the company behind it.

01

What's already public about you

Your name, your hours, where you are, what people say. Scattered all over the place.

02

Becomes a finished website

One page that works on a phone, with everything a customer looks for in the right place.

03

Yours to change, any time

New prices, a new photo, different opening hours. Send us a line and it's changed.

04

And we keep it running

Hosting, security and the small stuff. Nothing for you to maintain, ever.

Example sites, not customers. We're new, and we'd rather show the work than borrow someone else's logo.

Two ways this starts. One way it ends.

We might come to you, or you might come to us. Either way nobody asks you for money until there is a finished website to look at.

AWe find you

You get an email out of the blue

  1. We spot a business whose site is out of date
  2. We build the whole thing from what's already public
  3. A link lands in your inbox, finished

BYou find us

You ask, and skip the queue

  1. Tell us the business and answer a few short questions
  2. Add anything you want on there — photos, prices, a menu
  3. We build it and send you the link, same as above

Either way, you see it before you pay

The site is finished and in front of you. €399 puts it live and €25 a month keeps it there. Walk away and nothing is charged.

Get a site for your business

399, against €2,900+ elsewhere

  • A web agency

    €2,900–14,000to build it

Quoted before anything exists. Weeks of briefs, drafts and approvals, most of them yours to sit through.

  • Doing it yourself

    €10–30a month

Cheap in money, expensive in evenings. You build every page, find every photo, and keep it all working.

  • Sitedev

    €399once, then €25 a month

The site is finished before you pay a penny. After that we host it and make the changes you ask for.

We're not the cheapest line on this page — the middle one is. We're the only one where the work is already done and stays done.

Get a site for your businessA few questions about your business, then we build it and send you the link. Nothing to pay until you have seen it.

What the subscription actually covers

Both halves, at the same size. A limit you find out about after paying is worse than a higher price.

What €25 a month covers

Hosting
Your site stays online for as long as the subscription is active.
A secure connection
HTTPS everywhere, including on your own domain once it's connected.
Your own domain, connected
No extra charge beyond the monthly fee. The domain itself you buy from any registrar.
Changes made for you
New hours, a new price, a different photo. Send a line; a person here does it.
A customer area
Sign in without a password, send a request, see its status and history.
Your address, changeable
Switch the web address yourself, whenever you'd like.

What it doesn't

Full redesigns
New layouts or a rebuilt site aren't part of the monthly fee. Ask us and we'll say what's possible.
An editor for you to use
There isn't one, on purpose. You describe the change; we make it.
The domain name itself
Bought from a registrar, in your name — typically €12–25 a year, paid to them.

Or you keep it running yourself

  • Hosting that stays up€6–24 a month
  • A certificate, renewed on timeFree–€70 a year
  • Backups you can actually restore€4–12 a month
  • Updates, patches and downtimeYour evenings
  • Someone to call when it breaks€50–105 an hour

None of it is hard. It is just never finished, and it always lands on the week you are busiest. €25 a month is the whole lot, handled.

A platform gives you tools. We give you the finished job.

The real difference isn't the monthly figure — it's who ends up doing the work, this week and every week after.

We're not claiming to be the cheapest subscription on that list — some of theirs are lower. The difference is what you're paying for: with them, the tools to do it yourself; with us, the work already done and kept up.

And then what?

What happens from the moment you pay, in order.

  1. 01

    The payment goes through

€399 once, and the €25 a month starts from that day.

  2. 02

    Your site goes live

It comes off the private preview link and is published at your address.

  3. 03

    You get a sign-in link

By email, within minutes. No password to choose or remember.

  4. 04

    Everything sits in one place

The live link, your address, your own domain, and a form for anything you'd like changed.

  5. 05

You ask for changes when you need them

From that area or by email. A person makes the change — there's nothing for you to learn.

  6. 06

You stay in control of the subscription

Manage or cancel it yourself, any time, from the same place.

You're not paying for a promise. The site you pay for is the one you've already seen.

Questions

Do I own the website?

Your business owns its content: your text, photos, services and your domain name stay yours, and you can take them elsewhere. What the €399 buys is the finished site, unlocked and taken live. The €25 a month is what keeps it hosted, so if you cancel, the site stops being served.

Why is it €399 when agencies quote thousands?

Because the expensive part has already happened before we contact you. There is no brief to take, no quote to prepare, no discovery call, no rounds of approvals, and nobody chasing you for content for six weeks. Agencies quote €2,900 to €14,000 because they start from a blank page and a meeting. We start from a finished site, and you only pay if you like it.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. If you already have a domain, tell us and we'll connect it at no extra charge beyond the usual monthly fee. If you don't have one, you buy it from any registrar (paid to them, not to us) or the site can simply stay on a sitedevhq.com address.

How long do changes take, and what's included?

Small content changes (updated hours, a new service, different text or photos) are included in the €25 monthly fee. We don't offer full redesigns or new page layouts as part of it; for anything bigger, email us and we'll let you know what's possible.

What happens to the demo if I don't want it?

Nothing you need to do. If you simply don't reply, the demo stays private and unpublished, and nothing is charged. If you'd rather it came down altogether, email takedown@sitedevhq.com and we'll take it offline, delete what we hold about your business, and not contact you again.

Where did the information on my demo site come from?

From information that is already public about your business — the same things a customer finds when they look you up: your name, address, opening hours, the services you list and what people have said about you. We don't use any private or customer data. Everything on the demo is something you already publish.

I've lost the email. Can I see the demo again?

Yes. Email hello@sitedevhq.com with your business name and we'll send the link again.

Who makes the changes to my site once it's live?

We do. Once your site is live you get a simple customer area where you can send a change request in a few words, or you can just email us. Either way a person on our team makes the change. There's no page-builder or template editor to learn.

If you'd rather we hadn't

We build the site before getting in touch so that you have something real to look at rather than a sales pitch. If you'd rather we hadn't, or you don't want to hear from us again, email takedown@sitedevhq.com and we'll take the site offline, delete what we hold about your business, and not contact you again.
